Hard Knocks

I'm excited! I remember reading about when Warren Sapp and Derrick Brooks were drafted by the Bucs and Sapp said something to the effect, 'it's up to us to turn this thing around.' I get that feeling when watching Jonathan Abram. A lot of the comments I've read are about how he needs to tone it down and show some respect, but this guy is a leader. Rookies like Abram along with Ferrell, Jacobs and Renfrow are leaders and that's how you change a culture. It may not be this year, but a change is coming.
